Swing by the Flatbush YMCA on Dec. 10 for a Free Kids Holiday Party

The event features games, food, live entertainment and gifts for kids 14 and under.

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — The Flatbush YMCA will host a "Christmas Party for Kids" this Saturday, Dec. 10 featuring games, raffles, food and live entertainment.

The party will run from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 1401 Flatbush Ave., and is a joint production of State Sen. Kevin S. Parker, whose district includes Flatbush, and NOW Production. The party is free and open to the public.

NOW Production CEO Natasha Wilson said this is her third year producing the party. The day's activities will kick off at 1 p.m., she said, with an hour-long show featuring performances by two dance groups, including "Untouchable Movement," as well as other artistic acts.

After that, the celebration will continue with free food and drinks, a cotton candy machine, musical chairs, dance competitions, raffles and other activities. Gifts will also be given out to kids 14 and under.
