'30 Rock' Star Buys A New Tribeca Apartment: Report

The "30 Rock" star shelled out $3.5 million for a Tribeca apartment, according to a new report.

TRIBECA, NY — Looks like the Beeper King has claimed squatter's rights on a fancy new Tribeca apartment.

Dean Winters, the actor best known for his roles on "30 Rock" and "Law & Order: SVU" purchased a $3.5 million apartment in Tribeca, the New York Post reported.

The Post reported, and city records confirm, that Winters purchased the two-bedroom home on Duane Street for $3.49 million.

Winters had a longtime recurring role on the NBC sitcom "30 Rock" as Liz Lemon's on-again, off-again partner.

The actor recently returned for a turn on "Law & Order: SVU," the long-running show that he's appeared in since it's very first season.
