Apple Outdoes Itself Again With New Oculus Store

Here's a peak inside the glassy, minimalist store inside the newly completed World Trade Center Oculus building.

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — The minimalist aesthetic of the new Apple Store in World Trade Center's recently completed Oculus building was revealed upon its official opening this month. Its large presence in the wide-open space of the futuristic, white Oculus competes with the likes of even the Grand Central Apple store.

The two-level glassy store features Apple's signature oak tables in a tall, expansive room that will make you want to buy an iPhone 7, even if you had previously convinced yourself you were going to wait for the 8.

The World Trade Center store is Apple's seventh New York retail space that is designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, which is probably best known for its highly Instagrammable Fifth Avenue Apple Store that looks like a glass cube.
