The high-end grocer's Saturday morning giveaway is a part of its Beauty Week through April 2 to increase awareness of what ingredients are in consumers' products.

About one-third of consumers don't understand ingredients commonly in beauty products and more than half do not read labels before purchasing such items, according to a Whole Foods' survey.
