Hudson Sq Google Building's New Neighbor Will Be Dental Practice

HUDSON SQUARE, NY — A new dental practice has signed a lease in the same building as Google's new office space in Hudson Square, according to the building owners.

MY NYC Dentist will lease about 4,400 square feet at 315 Hudson St., with an entrance on Vandam Street, in early 2020, Jack Resnick & Sons announced Wednesday.

The practice's fifth Manhattan location will launch as Hudson Street Dental Associates.

MY NYC Dentist inked the deal months after Google announced its $1 billion campus expansion in Hudson Square and the West Village. The tech behemoth is moving into the historic building at 315 Hudson St. late this year.

"The success of Resnick's leasing campaign at 315 Hudson Street is the result of its recently completed capital improvement program. Designed by FXCollaborative, the project incorporated a new and expanded lobby featuring a new glass entry, concierge desk, contemporary artwork and new security turnstiles," Jack Resnick & Sons said in a release.

The rent was in the mid-$90s per square foot, according to the firm.
