WORLD TRADE CENTER, NY — Kanye West was spotted at the Oculus in Lower Manhattan filming a special performance — shortly after delaying the release of his latest album "Jesus is King" Thursday night.

The rapper was seen walking inside the Oculus sometime after 3 a.m. Friday, with a production crew and security setting up while onlookers swarmed him taking photos and videos, many of which were posted on Twitter.

YEEZY MAFIA tweeted a photo about 11:30 p.m., writing only "WTC" and showing a crew setting up inside the massive all-white retail and transit center at the World Trade Center campus.

The long-anticipated album was expected to drop at midnight, according to an update posted on West's Twitter.
