Man Masturbates On 3 Train Near Wall Street Station, Police Say

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — A man exposed himself and masturbated on a 3 train earlier this month, police said.

A 48-year-old man saw another man expose his penis and masturbate Monday, April at 6:15 a.m., according to police.

The straphangers were on a northbound 3 train heading towards the Wall Street station, police said.

The man, which images from the NYPD show was wearing a black hat, white long-sleeve shirt, and black pants, got off the train at the 125th Street station in Harlem, police said.
