FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — Police want to question a man in connection with the Friday morning rice cooker scare that cleared out Manhattan's Fulton Street subway station.

The NYPD released a photo of a man who police say was seen inside the Financial District transit hub with a shopping cart and one of the suspicious devices.

Cops found two rice cookers at the station and a third identical one in Chelsea that may be related, police officials said.
