Meg Ryan Buys Apartment In Celeb-Studded TriBeCa Building

TRIBECA, NY — Meg Ryan has joined the celebrity-enclave that is 443 Greenwich St., documents filed with the city show.

The "You've Got Mail" star bought a 3,155 square foot apartment for $9.39 million, The Real Deal was first to report. Public records show that the apartment was bought by Third World Dog Trust, an LLC that she's used previously to purchase property.

The TriBeCa apartments are famously star-studded. The building, which comes with a private, paparazzi-proof garage, is reportedly home to stars including Jennifer Lawrence, who recently put her pad up for rent, and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Earlier this year, Meg Ryan put her SoHo loft up for sale for $10.9 million. The home, located at 84 Mercer St., went into contract in April.
