Mike Myers Is Selling The $15 million Tribeca Condo He Just Bought

Tribeca, NY — Last week Patch reported that funnyman Mike Myers bought a $14.65 million condo at 443 Greenwich St. But this week it's back on the market, reports the Observer.

And apparently the actor has re-listed the 4,241-square-foot space for a slightly higher price. No word yet on why he changed his mind about the purchase, but he's selling his Mercer Street penthouse too.

Maybe there were too many other celebrities in the Greenwich St. building?

The development has gone out of its way to attract the rich and famous, billing itself as "paparazzi-proof," according to Curbed.

Or maybe he didn't like the bidets, which the New York Times said were installed in every condo.

Whatever the reason, the real question is: Is there going to be an Austin Powers 4?
