NYC Subway Delays: 1, 2 Trains Snarled By Power Outage
A power outage between Borough Hall and Wall Street left straphangers without 2, 3 train service this morning.

NEW YORK, NY — A power outage knocked out 2, 3 train service between Brooklyn and Manhattan this morning, leaving rush hour commuters in the lurch.
Service between the boroughs on the 2 and 3 lines was suspended between Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and Chambers Street in both directions shortly before 9:30 a.m. because of a power outage between Borough Hall and Wall Street, the MTA said.
Limited service was restored just after 10 a.m., but riders should expect ongoing delays and service changes.
