NYC Real Estate: Mike Myers Buys $14.65M Tribeca Condo

TRIBECA, NY — Groovy, baby. Actor Mike Myers reportedly bought a Tribeca condo at celebrity-haven 443 Greenwich for $14.65 million — which is more than the $14.25 million list price, multiple news outlets report.

Myers and his wife Kelly Tisdale splurged on the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath in the condominium where fashion designer Kobi Halperin bought a $6.11 million residence in December. Jennifer Lawrence also checked out a unit in June 2015, 6sqft reports.

While we don't know exactly which condo Myers bought, there's a 3-bedroom unit in the building listed on Realtor.com for $30,000 a month:

The red-brick building was converted from former warehouse to luxury condos by CetraRuddy Architects and developer Metro Loft Management in 2014. The building has the touch of old New York industrial charm with high-end modern finishes.

443 Greenwich is nestled on a quiet cobblestone Tribeca street, which is probably why it attracts so many celebrities. The couple can enjoy amenities like: the outside courtyard, discreet underground garage, children's playroom, 71-foot indoor swimming pool, fitness center and 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace.
