School officials haven't yet made a call on whether schools will be open on Tuesday, but a winter weather advisory has already been issued for the city from 8 p.m. Monday until noon Tuesday.

Forecasters say the snow will start Monday evening and continue through early Tuesday evening, with the heaviest snowfall on Tuesday morning. Two to four inches are expected to fall throughout the city. The National Weather Service cautioned that commuters could experience reduced visibility and "slippery road conditions" during the Tuesday morning commute.
