NYC's 3rd Most Expensive Street Is In Tribeca, Study Says

Billionaires' Row, West 81 Street and Murray Street were New York City's priciest streets.

TRIBECA, NY — New York City's third most expensive street is Murray Street in Tribeca, according to a new study.

Murray Street, which runs from Battery Park City to City Hall, was named the third most expensive street in the city, with a median sales price of $5.4 million this year, a new PropertyClub study shows.

The analysis was based on median sales prices the first seven months of 2019, where there were at least 20 home sales.

Murray Street saw 59 sales January to July this year. Some 54 of those sales were made at 111 Murray . St., a luxury condo tower completed last August.

"Billionaires' Row" on Central Park South topped PropertyClub's list for the city's most expensive streets, where the median sales price was $9.8 million.

In second place was the Upper West Side's West 81st Street, at $5.9 million.

East 12th Street and Park Place were fourth and fifth place, at $4.4 and $3.7 million median sales prices, respectively, according to the report.
