DOWNTOWN, NY – A Manhattan jury has found an NYPD sergeant guilty of sex abuse after he tossed semen at a female co-worker at police headquarters.
Michael Iscenko, 56, faces a sentence of up to three months in prison for the charge, according to the Daily News.
The sergeant threw semen at a 61-year-old woman after she exited a restroom at One Police Plaza.

His lawyers argued that the substance was not in fact semen and plan to appeal.
The NYPD fired Iscenko and the victim has since retired. The city gave her a $150,000 settlement.
