Rebel Wilson Buys Greenwich Street Pad
The "Pitch Perfect" star is moving into the celeb-friendly TriBeCa building at 443 Greenwich St.

TRIBECA, NY — Yet another celebrity is calling the luxe building at 443 Greenwich St. home. This time, it's Australian comedian and "Pitch Perfect" star Rebel Wilson.
The actor bought a two-bedroom apartment at the TriBeCa address this month, Women's Wear Daily reports. New York City property records show that The Blue Bay Trust, which Wilson has used to purchase property before, bought the apartment for $2.95 million last month.
The TriBeCa building is famously celeb-friendly, and multiple A-listers have a Greenwich Street address. The building comes with a private, paparazzi-proof garage, plus other fancy amenities like a private court yard, a lap pool, a fitness center and a wine cellar, according to the building's website. The building is reportedly home to stars including Jennifer Lawrence, who recently put her pad up for rent, and Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. Meg Ryan recently purchased an apartment in the building, as did Jake Gyllenhaal.
