Rent Jennifer Lawrence's Tribeca Apartment For $27K A Month

TRIBECA, NY — Your new landlord just might be a Oscar-winning actor, if you can spare $27,500 a month.

Jennifer Lawrence is renting out her luxe Tribeca apartment while she's in London filming a movie, the Real Deal was first to report. The actor's New York City pad is inside 443 Greenwich St., one of the most celebrity-studded buildings in New York City. Lawrence reportedly purchased the three-bedroom loft in January for about $9 million. The apartment comes with its own private elevator and lots of space, in case you're looking for a fancy new sublease.

Aside from famous neighbors like Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, the building has quite a few bells and whistles. The Greenwich Street structure comes with an indoor pool, a private courtyard and a gym. If you want to fully immerse yourself in the celebrity lifestyle, the building also has "an underground parking garage offering discreet arrivals and departures," according to the listing.
