Taylor Swift Just Bought Another Tribeca Home, Report Says

TRIBECA, NY — Taylor Swift has bought yet another home in Tribeca, adding to her growing empire on Franklin Street, the New York Post reports.

The tabloid spoke with "sources" who said the pop superstar had purchased a second-floor apartment at 155 Franklin St. for $9.75 million.

Swift already owns a two-floor penthouse at 155 Franklin St., along with the neighboring townhouse at 153 Franklin St., which she purchased last year for $18 million.

The Franklin Street purchase is a 3,540-square-foot unit that Swift bought from financier Jeremy Phillips, the Post reported.

Three of Swift's companies are currently facing a lawsuit from the New York real estate firm Douglas Elliman, which claims that Swift stiffed one of its brokers out of his commission on the 153 Franklin St. property.
