Tribeca To Get 19-Story Luxury Condo Tower

The 210-foot tall building will bring 41 new condos to the area, city records show.

TRIBECA, NY — A developer aims to erect a 19-story condo tower in the heart of Lower Manhattan, according to city Department of Building records.

Plans for the skyscraper at 65 Franklin Street and Broadway include 74,000 square feet of residential space and just over 3,000 square feet for commercial business.

HAP Investments purchased the site in February for $46 million, The Real Deal reported at the time. Permits filed with the city confirm the initial plan for the 210-foot tall, 41-unit structure where each apartment will likely average 1,807 square feet.
