WeWork Adds More Space In The Financial District
The co-working giant is getting still more office space in the Financial District.

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, NY — The co-working giant WeWork has signed another lease in the Financial District, adding still more space to its already considerable Manhattan real estate.
The co-working company, which rents out office space to freelancers and companies, will take over four floors and 85,000 square feet of space at 115 Broadway, The Real Deal reported. The massively successful company, which launched in SoHo in 2010, was expanded to dozens of cities throughout the U.S. and the world. It already operates 42 different offices in New York City, most of which are in Manhattan. The company was valued at $20 billion in a recent funding round, becoming one of the most successful startups of all time.
