72-Year-Old Woman Punched Outside Russ & Daughters, Cops Say
An older woman was attacked by a finger-wagging stranger outside the Houston Street deli, video shows.

EAST VILLAGE, NY — A 72-year-old woman was punched to the concrete outside Russ & Daughters last week and police are still looking for the person who did it.
Video shows the elderly woman was attacked on East Houston and Allen streets just before 6 p.m. Nov. 12., police said.
A person in puffy jacket and hood shoves the woman to the ground then walks away waving a finger at the 72-year-old, the video shows.

The woman refused medical treatment, according to police.
Police released the video over the weekend and asked anyone with information about the encounter to contact the NYPD.
