Anthony Bourdain Visits East Village Spots For CNN Show
The superstar chef is filming the eleventh season of "Parts Unknown."

EAST VILLAGE, NY — Superstar chef Anthony Bourdain dined, drank and even ordered an egg cream at some of the most famous Lower East Side and East Village institutions this week, filming and meeting with people for his CNN documentary series "Parts Unknown."
The eleventh season of Bourdain's hit show, which follows him as he travels and eats around the world, will premier later this year. Bourdain, who travels more than 200 days out of the year, returned to his New York City home base in April, visiting local culinary institutions and visiting with New York City icons.
