NOHO, NY — A one-story building on the Bowery — home to B Bar & Grill — just spurred a developer to shell out nearly $60 million for a stake in the property, records show.

CB Developers paid $59.5 million for a stake in the property at 358 Bowery last month, according to property records and a report from real estate website PincusCo, which first reported the sale.

CB Developers, owned by Charles Blaichman, bought the stake from Eric Goode, a hotelier and turtle conservationist who bought the building at East Fourth Street and the Bowery from Cooper Union in 2004, records show.
