Election Day in the East Village: Wait Times, Broken Scanners, Mini Voting Stations and More
The lines were long and the buildings were small as people came out to vote in the East Village on Tuesday.
EAST VILLAGE, NY — There were a few problems at polling sites on Tuesday in the East Village, but people kept a pretty positive outlook at the polls.
There were some troubles with scanners in the East Village, with one voter commenting on two of the three being down at P.S. 15 on Tuesday morning.

Others were more interested in taking an artistic approach as they waited in line to vote in the East Village.

While still others were used to voting in very small spaces, even before they entered the voting booth.
About an hour wait for voting in the East Village - but my polling place is also the same size as my apt.

Some people seemed to have no problem voting in the East Village, though.
