EAST VILLAGE, NY — A Beethoven Hall apartment is recently back on the market at $25 million, making it possibly the most expensive apartment in the East Village.

Canadian photographer and filmmaker Gregory Colbert owns this apartment on the third floor of 210 E. 5th St., The Real Deal reports. The apartment is in the prestigious Beethoven Hall, which used to be a concert space dating back to 1860, and now houses only four apartments.

According to Realtor.com, the apartment is 6,750-square-feet. That means this four-bed, four-bath apartment is a hefty $3,704 per square-foot.

The apartment has a loft, a laundry room, an eat-in-kitchen and a media room. The living room has 32-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling exposed brick. There's also 800-square-feet of private outdoor space.
