Missing East Village Man Last Seen 5 Days Ago, Police Say

EAST VILLAGE, NY — Police are searching for an East Village man who hasn't been seen since Sunday, authorities said.

Jose Joaquin was last seen on Sunday at about 12:00 a.m. in the Myrtle - Wyckoff subway station in Brooklyn, the NYPD said. Joaquin, 54, is six feet tall and was last seen wearing red pants, a white t-shirt, a black coat, and black sneakers, police said. He lived in the East Village, according to police records.

He was reported missing on Wednesday.
