EAST VILLAGE, NY — The East Village's most coveted three block corridor has a six-bedroom townhouse for $28 million, a recent real estate listing shows.

At 9 St. Mark's Place between Second and Third avenues, a five-story townhouse built in the 1830s is for sale for the first time in more than five decades, according to the listing.

The building features exposed brick walls, a soaring spiral staircase and high-beamed ceilings.

Retail spaces are on the ground and second floors with an apartment on each of the upper three floors. Each apartment, considered live-work spaces, have one bathroom, the listing says.

SING SING St. Marks Karaoke bar, a Korean restaurant called Boka, Chinese eatery Gem Bing Shop and Japanese restaurant Oh! Taisho! are located at 9 St. Mark's, according to the storefronts' respective websites.
