Location: 115 St. Mark’s Place, East Village
What to eat: Mr Bing's serves northern Chinese crepes, a Chinese street food known as jianbings. This pop-up restaurant, which will stay in the East Village through the end of 2017, is the first time Mr Bing's will have a sit-down space and wine and beer available with dinner. From Thursday through Saturday, the restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. It closes at 11 p.m. for the rest of the week.

Location: 44 W 29th St., Chelsea
What to eat: This new restaurant brings some big names and fancy foods to 29th Street. The menu includes upscale dishes like octopus served with egg custard. The restaurant is located inside the Made Hotel.
Open for dinner tonight from 5:30-11pm. Stop by and try the Charred Broccolini with timur yogurt and cashews!

Location: 740 Broadway, East Village
What to eat: Pizza, if you’re in a hurry. D.C.’s favorite fast casual pizza chain, &Pizza, has opened a second outpost in New York in the East Village near Astor Place. The pizza shop has branded itself as a Chipotle-type restaurant for pizzas, where you can get a custom-made personal pies quickly.

What to eat: Fresh bread and baked goods. This artisanal bakery is now open on the Upper West Side where the local favorite Josie's used to be.
