3 East Hampton Town Homes Among 35 Most Expensive in America

There are three local homes on the market that are among the most expensive in the country.

Three Long Island homes have made a list of the "35 Most Expensive Homes in America Today."

24/7 Wall St. compiled the list using information from Realtor.com.

The price of entry on the list: a cool $67.5 million. The Long Island homes on the list are, you guessed it, all located in the Town of East Hampton.

At N0. 1 on the list is a home in Los Angeles that was built by Aaron and Candy Spelling. It's on the market for $200 million.

The first Long Island home comes in at No. 6. and it's actually two houses. They are located at 100 and 90 Briar Patch Road in East Hampton. The main home has been completely renovated and features six-bedrooms, a three-story living room, a sunken library, gourmet kitchen, and a third-story gym. The price: $140 million. 100 and 90 Briar Patch Road

The second Long Island home on the list at No. 27 is located at 38 Mathews Road in Wainscott. The 18,000-square-foot estate was built in 2000 and featured in Architectural Digest.
