Nearly 12 times higher than the Southampton median asking price of $1,995,000, the report indicates.

494 Hedges Lane, Sagaponack:

  • Price: $23,500,000

3 times higher than the Sagaponack median asking price of $7,995,000, according to Out East.

379 Captains Neck Lane, Southampton:

  • Price: $18,995,000

9.5 times higher than the Southampton median asking price of $1,995,000, according to the Out East report.

139 Seascape Lane, Sagaponack:

  • Price: $17,995,000

2.25 times higher than the Sagaponack median asking price of $7,995,000, Out East said.
