Another Feast from The East Hampton Chefs' Program

St. Luke's Episcopal Church will host another East End Chefs' Program Feast on July 18

THE EAST END CHEFS’ PROGRAM OFFERS ANOTHER

FEAST FOR GOURMANDS

East Hampton, NY – The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, will offer another feast for gourmands on July 18 in St. Luke's Hoie Hall in East Hampton. Doors will open at 6:30 PM.

Chef O G will start the program with a salad of tomatoes, mozzarella and fried eggplant with local greens with a balsamic glaze. There will be warm baguettes with butter. The main course will be shrimp scampi with rice pilaf, and asparagus on wilted spinach. Dessert will be fruit sorbet with butter cookies.
