EAST HAMPTON, NY — Nothing says good morning like a great cup of coffee, and on the East End, there's a wide array of go-to coffee spots from Montauk to Riverhead to satisfy that craving for caffeine.
Here’s a round-up of the top spots:
Hampton Coffee Company, which recently opened their first location on the North Fork in Aquebogue, has been satisfying coffee cravings on the South Fork since 1994. Their first location was opened in Water Mill, where food and snacks are also for sale. Since their flagship spot debuted, Hamptons Coffee Company has opened in Westhampton Beach and Southampton, along with their newest venture on the North Fork. Hampton Coffee Company also has a Mobil Express Unit that’s often stationed at East End charity events; look for it at the Hamptons Classic later this summer. Hampton Coffee is not only sold at their four locations, the popular brew is also available at King Kullen and IGA and is served at East Hampton’s Nick & Toni’s and East Quogue’s Stone Creek Inn.

Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee in Amagansett is the place to go for coffee that's stirred, not just pressed and brewed. Located in Amagansett Square, celebs such as Jerry Seinfeld are sometimes spotted on the bench outside. Debuting in NYC’s West Village in 2003, it was the first organic fair-trade shade-grown coffee in the city and has recently opened in Sag Harbor.
Another Sag Harbor coffee hot spot is Sagtown. Located in the heart of Main Street, La Colombe brand coffee is brewed and sold here. A second location, that is best described as an outdoor beach shack, recently opened in Montauk and has a more laid-back vibe.
