Folks I find incredible enjoyment nightly doing sunset sails in Gardiner's Bay off of East Hampton with my 22' Catalina sailboat. The ride to and from 3Mile Harbor alone is amazing with so much unspoiled beauty on the seashore!
Then usually after a quick swim off of Sammy's Beach, the sails go up and my nightly adventure begins. I am only posting this to remind all you boat owning sailors it time to make time and get out in your local bay!
There are only so many prime weekdays and weekends to a summer. Sailing is one of the best ways to relax and rest the mind and soul.
