EAST HAMPTON, NY — The gorgeous home where President Bill Clinton and Hillary once summered in East Hampton has been sold, according to reports.
The oceanfront estate sold for $29 million, making it the biggest real estate transaction in 2017 in East Hampton, according to Curbed.
The Clintons enjoyed the home for part of 2011 and 2012, a Wall Street Journal report said.

According to a listing on Realtor.com, the landmark Lily Pond Lane home, built in 1920 by John Custis Lawrence, "maximizes ocean views from almost every room" and was brokered by Sotheby's International Realty.
A total renovation, including structure and foundation, was completed in 2002; the home is now 10,000 square feet, with 200 feet of oceanfront in one of the most desirable estate areas in the nation, the listing said.

The residence features 8 bedrooms all en suite, one full bath servicing pool area, and 2 powder rooms, a sun/game room, large living salon, library, formal dining room and a 2015 renovated gourmet kitchen; it also offers 6 fireplaces, and 20' x 40' heated gunite pool, the listing says.
