East Hampton Highway Superintendent Warns Motorists of Black Ice Thursday Morning

Roads are slick in East Hampton this morning, and motorists are asked to use caution on their morning commute.

“There is some black ice this morning so everyone should be careful when driving,” Lynch said.

He added that the highway department has been out spot sanding. “Everyone be cautious and have a great day,” he said.

Lynch utilizes social media to get the word out about road conditions, and has given regular updates this week, especially during Saturday’s snowstorm.
