SAG HARBOR, NY — Once upon a time, there was a summer White House for a former President of the United States — in Sag Harbor.

And now, according to a post by Realtor.com, that piece of presidential history is on the block for $13.5 million.

President Chester A. Arthur, who held the nation's highest office, was president from 1880 to 1885, and headed to the Sag Harbor retreat in the summer, according to the post.

According to the listing on Realtor.com, the three-story Greek Revival has been completely renovated and redesigned by renowned architect Steven Gambrel.

The home is located on a private and secluded .34 acre property and features "a Gunite pool, elegant terraces, amazing landscaping, and even your own garage and parking spot. Arthur became President in 1881 after President James Garfield was assassinated; he served one term.
