Goldbergs Bagels To Stay At Location After Building Sells
Hungry customers can still line up at the same location in East Hampton for their toasted bagels with a schmear.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — Bagel lovers in East Hampton, rejoice: Goldbergs Famous Bagels will be staying at its current popular location.
According to Douglas Elliman, that site, 100 Pantigo Place in East Hampton sold and closed earlier this week. Represented by Justin Agnello, Hara Kang and James Keogh of Douglas Elliman, the commercial space was last listed for $4.35 million and purchased by Aboff's. Goldbergs Bagels, which has a month-to-month lease, is staying, Douglas Elliman confirmed.
According to the listing by Douglas Elliman, located just outside East Hampton Village off Montauk Highway, the 10,856-square-foot commercial building comprises three units, with four-and-a-half baths, and is sited on 1.5 acres and comes with 45 parking spaces. The parcel is zoned neighborhood business.
