Hamptons Masseuse Charged With 'Forcible Touching': Police

He was also charged with "unauthorized practice of profession" at the East Hampton spa, police say.

EAST HAMPTON, NY — A man working as a masseuse in an East Hampton spa was charged with forcible touching, police said.

According to East Hampton Village Police, Albin Polkowski, 55, was arrested on Sunday after two individuals notified police. He was charged with one count of felony unauthorized practice of profession and two counts of misdemeanor forcible touching, both misdemeanors, police said.

An investigation revealed that Polkowski, a masseuse at Spa 27, had forcibly touched two different people, police said.

He was held in custody and arraigned Tuesday morning by East Hampton Justice Lisa Ranna; he was released on $5,000 bail and is scheduled to appear back in court at a later date, police said.

According to the Spa 27 website, Polkowski is reportedly an owner of the business.
