Café Klyde's concept was created to fill a void within Southampton Village as the menu options include plenty of selections for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diners.

Here’s the Inn’s recipe for their Café Klyde’s Fresh Mint Mojito:

Rim a cocktail glass with raw sugar and add 1.5 oz. housemade lime-mint sorbet.

In a shaker, add:

ice

5-7 fresh mint leaves

1.5 oz. Barcadi silver rum

.5 oz. simple syrup

1 oz. club soda

Shake and strain over sorbet. Garnish with fresh mint. Cheers!
