The East End Chefs' Program Prepares a Holiday Feast for Food Lovers

EAST END HOLIDAY FEAST

East Hampton, NY – The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, will offer a holiday feast for food lovers throughout the east end. The feast will be held on December 12 in St. Luke's Hoie Hall located at 18 James Lane, East Hampton, at 6:30 PM.

The feast will be prepared by the chef of Saaz restaurant and will begin with an appetizer of special street food of India called Bhel poor, which is a puffed rice with tamirand and chutney. The main course will be chicken korma in an onion based creamy sauce served with sautéed spinach and rice. Naam bread will be on the table to accompany the dinner. Dessert will be delicious mango mousse.
