Long Island Playwright to Present "Angel's Mice and Men" in NYC
A NYC World Premiere at the Historic Hudson Guild Theater for Cindi Sansone-Braff's "Angel's Mice and Men." First play of her L.I. trilogy.

I have written thousands of articles on the east end and I am very proud to announce that my wife, Cindi Sansone-Braff, a Long Island born and raised gifted award-winning playwright is once again presenting another of her plays, but this time at the historic Hudson Guild Theater in NYC. Two-years ago she produced one of her plays, "Beethoven's Promethean Concerto in C Minor WoO, The Man, The Myth, The Music," at the BACCA Arts Center in Lindenhurst to thunderous applause and wonderful reviews. Now she is presenting, “Angel’s Mice and Men, at the historic Hudson Guild Theater in NYC as part of NY Summerfest. July 30th, 9-pm-July 31st, 6:15 & August 3rd, 4:pm.
"Angel’s Mice and Men" is the first play of a Long Island themed trilogy. Besides writing plays Cindi has authored “Grant Me a Higher Love,” and “Why Good People Can’t Leave Bad Relationships,” ( both on Amazon) and has also won Long island Press’s Best Psychic on Long Island five times. However she actually studied and received her BFA Degree in Playwriting and Directing from the University of Conn in 1975. Tragically there was a poor market for women playwrights then. However now do some Long island Angels and supporters, Cindi Sansone-Braff has begun to produce her life-long works.
What’s noteworthy in this play and production is that it touches the authentic soul of Long Island life as only a life-long Long Islander can bring to the stage.

"Angel’s Mice and Men," is a full-length, one-act, romantic comedy takes place on Long Island during the summer of 1992. Angel Ventura, or the Widow Ventura, as her sister, Gina, called her, had the whole month of July off from motherhood and teaching. Angel always believed true love only struck once, but then a divine conspiracy of heaven and earth brought her a second shot at love. When a devastating storm wreaks havoc on her world, she has to work a miracle to keep this new love alive.
