Our Fabulous Variety Show TAP; An Evening of Rhythm at Guild Hall
Friday, May 17 & Saturday, May 18 at 7:30pm, & Sunday, May 19 at 2pm

I am so excited for all the best reasons. Our Fabulous Variety Show (OFVS) is presenting their twenty-fourth production, TAP: An Evening of Rhythm, a celebration of the history and art of tap dance! I have sneaked a preview and I loved everything. The show was created in April 2015 as a JDT Lab at Guild Hall by Anita Boyer followed by the second annual show in April 2016 at the Southampton Cultural Center and the Avram Theater at Stony Brook Southampton, and the third and fourth productions in May 2017 & 2018 at The John Drew Theater at Guild Hall. This fifth annual production will be back at Guild Hall featuring professional tap dancers, Aaron Tolson and Anita Boyer.
For anyone who doesn't know of Anita Boyer all I want you know is she is a bundle of the best energy surrounded by a desire to entertain and dance. to watch her teach is to watch a gifted communicator and special talent.
Kasia Klimiuk is also always excited to choreograph and dance in the Tap Shows, and create innovative works of art with her as she likes to say "art wife Anita Boyer," because together they "create magic!"

The show aims to introduce people to the incredible world of tap from its historical roots to its many offshoots in the hopes to continue to spread the love and appreciation of this wonderful artistic dance style.
Directed and choreographed by Boyer and Kasia Klimiuk with additional choreography by Colleen Edwards, the show will feature local talent from Manhattan to Montauk, from ages twelve to eighty-two, presentingan eclectic evening of dance!
