“I have also known Kate Mueth for years, and have worked with her several times in the past, notably producing 'Eve' at LTV Studios and a few other immersive dance theater events. When walking through the house in preparation for listing, the grand and spacious layout and traditional décor of the home struck me as a perfect venue to introduce to Kate for a possible immersive event. I mentioned the idea to Dean, the owner of the property, and he thought it was a terrific idea and, fortunately, so did Kate," Daly said. "We’re doing this as a fun way to provide a space for the super-talented Kate Mueth and her Neo-Political Cowgirls immersive dance theater group. NPC is a non-profit theater group and Dean and I both support a wide array of non-profits.”

The waterfront estate home features six bedroom home offering "a grand experience with generous family spaces, pool, spa and beach with views to Shelter Island and beyond. Expertly crafted and richly decorated, this home will serve you and your family wonderfully," Douglas Elliman's listing said.
