The East End Chefs' Program Offers Another Feast to Support Local Scholarship Fund
A POST-THANKSGIVING FEAST OF COMFORT FOOD
East Hampton, NY – The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, will offer a delicious post-Thanksgiving feast for aficionados of comfort food on November 28, 2018 in St. Luke's Hoie Hall located at 18 James Lane, East Hampton. Doors will open at 6:30 PM.
This month will feature the creations of executive chef Ian Lowell of the Maidstone Arms. Chef Lowell will start the meal with chicken gumbo served with warm baguettes and butter. The main course will be a roasted 1/2 chicken with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. It will be followed by a delicious dessert of cookie-brownie sundaes.
