Seafood Dinner Delight

St. Luke's Episcopal Church will host another of its celebrated dinners on April 24 to raise funds for local scholarships.

SEAFOOD DINNER DELIGHT

East Hampton, NY – The East End Chefs’ Program, a monthly dinner hosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church to support local scholarships, will offer its next outstanding dinner on Wednesday, April 24, at 6:30pm. It will feature Chef Alex Faustos’ gourmand creation of mouth-watering delights. The dinner will begn with lump crab cakes, followed by a locally sourced green salad. The main course will be cedar planked salmon served with Orzo and local vegetables. Dessert will be fresh fruit served with Levain Bakery cookies. Refreshments will be available for purchase.

Those who wish to partake of this delicious feast should contact Lillian Woudsma at jwoudsma@optonline.net or 631 329-2151, and she will reserve a space for you. The cost of the dinner is a modest $30, payable at the door. Wine and water will be available for purchase.
