As NYS lifts COVID-related capacity restrictions at restaurants and other businesses as of May 19, the Town of East Hampton is helping local business owners to navigate the changing regulatory landscape. In advance of the summer season, Supervisor Peter Van Scoyoc has provided restaurant owners with a comprehensive guide to key information on state and Town rules, and links to the state sites where updates are posted.
