Woman Uses Stolen Card To Go Shopping In The Hamptons: Cops
Police say they are asking for the public's help to find the woman they say stole an iPhone in a case containing a license and credit card.
EAST HAMPTON, NY — The search is on for a woman police said used a stolen credit card in Wainscott, as well as other locations in the Hamptons, police said.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and East Hampton Town Police Department detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate the woman who stole an iPhone 8 in a blue case containing a driver’s license and credit card from a woman while she was shopping at Home Goods, located at 368 Montauk Highway, on September 8 at 1:30 p.m., authorities said.
The woman fled in a dark-colored SUV, police said.

A woman used the stolen credit cards at several locations in East Hampton and Southampton, police said.
