Holy Trinity Orthodox Church will host its Annual Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 7:00 PM. The parish has been producing the Annual Christmas Concert since 2008 for the benefit of the local South Shore community. Vespers (evening prayer) will be held at 6:00 PM before the concert; all are welcome to worship with us. An Advent reception will follow the concert. The concert and reception are both free of charge. A Christmas boutique will also be held after the concert.

The concert will combine Orthodox Christian liturgical hymns for the Feast of the Lord’s Nativity (Christmas) and the traditional carols sung at Cambridge University’s lessons and carols service. The Annual Christmas Concert has become a South Shore tradition and a way for many of our neighbors to begin their holiday season.

Dr. Nicholas Reeves, Holy Trinity’s Director of Music, commented “Like last year, Ancient Faith Radio will be on-site at our parish to professionally produce the live stream of our Christmas Concert. To augment the size of our current choir, St. Vladimir’s Seminary Chorale will be joining us again. We are very excited to be able to share the joy of our Lord’s Nativity with our neighbors on Long Island as well as Ancient Faith Radio’s global audience.”
