UNIONDALE, NY — Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Playoff between the New York Islanders and the Tampa Bay Lightning is being played on the Lightning's home ice in Florida. But Islanders fans are still going to get the chance to watch the game live at Nassau Coliseum.

The Islanders are hosting a viewing party at the Barn tonight so fans can come together to watch the pivotal game. The Islanders and the Lightning are tied 2-2 in the seven-game series. Season ticket holders were allowed to purchase tickets to the event.

"All I have to say is ‘Yes! Yes! Yes!’ that we will be holding this viewing event tomorrow," said Nassau County Executive Laura Curran, who is a huge Islanders fan herself. "Big shout out to Jon Ledecky — the best owner in hockey — and the NHL for letting Isles Nation come together to cheer on our boys as they defeat the odds and keep skating their way to the cup."
