Man Threatens Employees With Stun Gun While Robbing Staples: NCPD
Police said the man stole electronic devices and threatened the employees when they tried to stop him.
WESTBURY, NY — Nassau County police are searching for a man who threatened employees with a stun gun while robbing a store in Wednesday night.
According to police, the man entered Staples at 1080 Old Country Road in Westbury at 8:20 p.m. He was seen taking multiple electronic devices from the shelves and putting them into a paper bag. He then tried to leave the store, but was stopped by two employees.
Police said the man told them to get out of his way and pointed a stun gun at them. The man then fled the store, got into a gray sedan and drove off west on Old Country Road. No one was injured.

Police said the robber is a black man standing 6 feet tall and weighing 220 pounds. He was wearing a red hat, red mask, red hoodie, dark jeans, red and white Air Jordan sneakers and a dark winter coat.
